You cannot trick a REAL breathalyzer ( for example 5000EN model). What they are using in this video is called a PBT (Preliminary Breath Test) which is inadmissible in court. The PBT is used in the field to help the officer to determine if there is PROBABLE CAUSE to make an arrest for DUI (along with Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) which include the walk and turn, one leg stand and Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus). The Intoxilyzer 5000EN series requires that the person undergo a 20 minute observation period to make sure there is no "mouth alcohol" present before blowing into the instrument. If mouth alcohol is present the instrument recognizes that and invalidates the sample. Also, some people think if they blow very lightly or "act like they are blowing" that they can beat it. The instrument detects this and in fact will not let the sample be introduced until there is a sufficient PROLONGED force of air being blown that analyzes "deep lung" air. Putting copper pennies in your mouth does nothing either ( except give you a bad taste in your mouth). Trying to circumvent the test using the above or any other methods can in fact result in a "refusal to cooperate" with testing which results in license revocation along with still being prosecuted. Refusing to cooperate with testing gets your license revoked EVEN if you are later acquitted of the DUI. I speak from experience as a prior DUI Enforcement Officer and State Certified 5000EN and SFST Instructor with the Colorado Springs Police Department. Don't Drink and Drive.... Please

Heh, Greg's recommendation of 0,03% to be punishable by law is what the limit actually is in my country. However 0,03 will get you fined but 0,05 is what will make you lose your driver's license for a few months. Not actually sure at what point you get jailed.

well, i don't know about the other stuff but they certainly got a lot gayer; with both starting at a baseline of about "maybe he's just metro" id say they got at least 30% gayer by the 2 minute mark and at 6:50 we can see the classic "sassy black finger wag" denoting a 75% increase in gayness.

"Ionic Bond, taken, not shared." Love this! You can lower your BAC (as measured by a breathalyzer) by hyperventilating before you blow. 7% of the alcohol you consume is evaporated via capillaries in the lungs. The longer the air you breathe sits in your lungs, the more alcohol is evaporated into that air. If that air sits in your lungs for a shorter period of time, then it will contain less alcohol. So hyperventilating right before you blow will lower the BAC reading. I've tried this and it actually worked.
