By one machine I mean one save file, which is what the game calls save files. Check out part two to see how I finished this up! • Can You Beat Every Lev... My Discord: / discord Besiege Playlist: • Besiege
I only recently discovered this channel but it's so entertaining. These games are definitely in the category of "more fun to watch than play," for me, especially when it comes to these challenges. You've got a pretty niche role with your channel, I'd say, but you make it work pretty well.
@@baconultimate6045 I've got a decent amount of knowledge, but I can't say the same for intelligence. Basically, I know a lot about a lot of things, but I'm terrible when it comes to thinking outside the box or things like that. It's weird, honestly.
but does changing the machine retroactively make it unable to complete a previous level? For example, does removing the shrapnel cannon at the start of the second island remove the ability to beat the windy level? it would be nice to see you run though all the levels again with the final machine. Other than that, great video
@@JohnDoe-ml4ye he literally showed a score card for all the levels stating if they’ll be problematic and he’s working on making machine that will do all the levels. That was the whole point of the video
I made a massive shrapenal bomb which was basically layers and layers of bombs and grabbers. Press 'v' and the whole thing collapses and get set off. Like 750 pieces of max velocity shrapenal which literally wipes maps. Truly great....
Use a plunger system of pistons or some other way to extend the grabber with the bomb so that when you release the bomb, you can then use the grabber more efficiently and get things that are on the ground or in holes
ngl, when the title said "only using one machine", i remembered markipler kinda did it long time ago. But yours is actually planning on how to do it. Great video as always 👍
A lot of dark souls references in the level names; awakening bells for bells of awakening, consumed king, the title of oceiros. The Duke's dear frigates for the Duke's dear freyja, a boss from dark souls 2. I like it.
At 17:00, you can put a rope/winch connected to the grabber and lower it down. It also works for like every over level where you need to pick something up
couldnt you move the bomb off to the side and add a piston to the grabber? so if you still need to grab it you can fly over it and pick it up, but also allows for grabbing things like the poison jug/book
Hey Reid, have you ever tried to narrate a game *while* you are playing it? I love the way you narrate your videos, but I think talking while playing could be interesting too, like hearing your live reactions when something unexpected happens. Although, I admit it might not fit in many of the games you play. Just a suggestion :)
The level with the freezing 0G cube can be solved by using a ballast, winch, and grabber, as all three of them are immune to freezing, and you can then use the winch to pull the cube to the insignia.
Oh my god. I forgot about you for like 6 months. I just came back to watching you and, holy, your voice and your content is amazing. Gotta remember you
real quadcopters turn by having 2 propellers spinning clockwise and 2 counterclockwise (in opposite pairs) if they speed up 1 pair and slow down the other, it spins in the opposite direction but that only works if the game simulates the rotational force caused by a propeller spinning which idk if it does
It does simulate rotational forces, but not with the small propellers used in the video. The spinning they do is purely cosmetic and gives 0 rotational force, while a propeller blade on a spinning block does give off rotational force
so what I was thinking for the hard to reach grabber stuff is you put the grabber on ropes so you can adjust how far you grab making things like the freezing cube easier (plus a decup to give it some umph)
Thought this was going to be a new age version of the really old machine that beat every level (without rebuilding). Something more advanced and intricate than just an unfolding box. Main problem with this is that you could just delete everything except 1 wood block (or even the core) and it’s still “the same machine” because it retains one piece of the previous. Kinda cheap.
Just saying: as soon as you deleted the flamethrower you weren't using one machine. Yeah, another iteration, but you went backwards for a moment. And that kept going on. I don't really see this as a "one machine for everything"
That's because it isn't done yet, once I get through all of the levels in the next part, I'll have the finished machine which I can use to beat every level again.
