Capcom complete disregard for any megaman saddens me. Not even battle network collection was announced. Also still waiting for Capcom to listen to the fans and release RE Outbreak files 1 and 2 for current gen or just make a file 3.

44:10 Sure it's a PC patch, but the native current gen console versions are upgraded ports. You might even say it's a remaster.

Actually i am super happy DLC of RE8 is about rose because it doesn't make sense to make RE9 about her because as blood said literally all legacy characters we grow up loving will be very old! And that doesn't make sense! I want Jill on RE9! + RE4R looks absolutely phenomenal!!! The level of details & atmosphere is insane! You can feel why its next gen only! I am so hyped! Because this one looks scary unlike the original

And, well...they've announced it! Sure it was just the team wearing Dragon's Dogma 2 T-shirts, we have no idea how far along the project is or how soon any real gameplay will be shown, but they've at least announced it officially.

I am interested in Village DLC but it’s a bit weird that they’ll do a time skip, it’s something the series never really did before. I hope it does not mean we won’t get to see classic characters in future games

Having a time jump in the DLC doesn't mean RE9 won't be shortly after 8. Since it's DLC, people should expect it to be pretty self contained and have no larger repercussion.

Isla judging the songs Capcom uses because? Those are the themes of the games. That song literally plays at the start of RE 2 in Leon’s Car, and then during the Credits.

My guess is that Sony or Microsoft have bought the rights to promote Dragons Dogma 2 exclusively on a future Playstation or Xbox show otherwise you would just show a logo and say in development to get ppl hyped. Either way I am having a Polish type of candy bar and if you were to ask me to describe it I would say just imagine if a Bounty and a Lion bar had a consensual sexual relationship, It's Coconut chocolate with a tough chewy texture and I can assure you I am enjoying every last bite.

Saving RE4 for the end of the show and then showing 20 seconds of Leon walking is one of the biggest tone deaf, hype fails of all time. May as well just opened with it.

Enjoy! There's a channel on youtube called "BlueLizardJello", he does excellent walkthroughs, I recommend following along with him as you play Dragon's Dogma, at least at the beginning

As someone who hated the original RE4, I'm actually looking forward to the remake if they make it in the same vein as 2 remake. Maybe I can finally say I beat RE4...remake

@@jayjayson9613 I just did not have fun with it. I hate the concept of the shop cause it makes the game feel too video gamey which sounds weird I know but it takes me out of the horror aspect of it. I liked being limited on guns and just using what you find but in 4, you can have like what, 5 different handguns, 3 different shotguns and etc? It also doesn't help that you can do things like suplex the enemy. I mean a horror game isn't that scary when you're basically an 80's action hero. I don't think the game is bad on a technical level so I understand why people like it but it's not for me. I've given it a shot many times and just get bored right away.

I’m really worried that re4’s change in tone is gonna suck all of the fun out of the game. Part of the originals charm was its goofy camp tone and Leon’s cocky demeanor

18:25 - I am also planning to play on Switch. I like the Switch and I like playing on it. I frequently choose to play ports on Switch because I prefer a separate play-box to my work and hobby work both of which are on PC. It's not weird to want to play on Switch. It's a comfy system.

31:28 Huber's right, don't call attention to it. I haven't played any of the RE games (aside from a little of RE4 back in the day) but I have intentions of playing RE7 at some point, and that might lead me into the series, who knows. So for me, calling that it's a spoiler that this woman is alive (I assume it's that) 16 years later implants it in my brain, that something is up with her, which I'll know going into RE8 (if I play on from RE7). So 100%, just don't call it out :)

@@EasyAllies This is different than from content where you discuss a title and may go into spoiler territory - you guys obviously can't control what Capcom shows, but I think Huber is right in that bringing attention to the fact that it's a spoiler is the more "damaging" option, than to not mention it. It's a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but since you guys talked about it, I just wanted to give my 2 cents :)

It's a weird situation because if you haven't played RE7 or RE8 then sure, it's all new and kind of meaningless to you now. But it's significant enough that I think it would make a difference when you do get around to it. I'd definitely recommend not watching this trailer if you haven't finished RE8. That said, even the name of this DLC is significant, and things that were first revealed for RE8 basically spoil parts of RE7. So it's just this path of continuity that Capcom has going, where players basically have to keep up to date. -Bloodworth

@@EasyAllies Not even just Capcom. I hate the trend of post launch trailers revealing more and more spoilers. Companies expect people to keep up with everything at once. Also I think you missed the point Huber and OP are making. A spoiler warning before spoiling something and a spoiler warning after something has already been spoiled is not the same thing.

@Ahlgreenz I agree and am in a similar position as you. I think it goes without saying that a trailer for follow-up content will likely contain something that spoils what previously happened in a story. As for spoiler warnings, they're great if you can issue them as a warning for something that is to come. But no one should hold you responsible for doing so with content you cannot control.

I have nothing against people wanting to play rise on pc. However I'm not a fan of it being viewed as a crime if people would rather play on switch. It's all good. If anything the real crime is that pc and switch players can't play together.

After Exoprimal this show really dropped. I love Resident Evil but the way it was presented was poor which was weird after Exoprimal and Monster Hunter had good presentations. Dragons Dogma fans I just feel sorry for you

I was disappointed by today's event. Not that it wasn't strong but I have no interest in Monster Hunter and I don't care what anybody says but exo primal will flop. So the fact that 60% of the showcase was that, the remaining stuff couldn't elevate it enough. Also not having anything significant for SF6 is kinda ridiculous. Super stoked for re8 third person.
