This is a potential fix to a type of speaker rattle not caused by loose screws or anything related to the actual door panel. Something inside the speaker itself was causing the rattle and while it's most likely shot in the long run this was a quick haggard fix that made a big difference in the short term. Essentially for this you have to use something to apply constant pressure to the back of the speaker, in this case I used paper towels.
This was done on my 2007 G35 sedan however could apply to other vehicles
