Ingredients:
Full Cream Milk - 1 litre
Eggs - 8
Sugar - 8 tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Sugar for Caramel - 6 tbsp
Baking Tray / Glass Bowl Size - 8 inches
Ingredients converted into ounces:
Milk: About 32 oz
Sugar: 4 oz
Vanilla Essence: Around 0.17 oz
Salt - 1 pinch
Eggs - 8
Sugar ( for caramel ) : Equivalent to 3 oz
Baking bowl = Size 8 inch
Notes:
If you're Caramel liquid hasn't spread evenly in the baking container or cooled down before spreading. Place the baking container on a gas stove on low heat & let the Caramel melt slightly, then swirl the container around so that the Caramel spreads evenly. Wait for it to cool down completely before adding the bread mixture into the baking container.
