So this is me balancing my carbs after taking them apart and fitting new main jets and adjusting the needle clip ready for the dyno to check fueling. Hope it helps.
Thanks that means alot as it takes lots of time doing them. Now winter is here I'm gonna do some service videos. Also I'll remove some of my upgrades and show how to fit them. Thanks again Tim.
Just remembered to look for those four ubber tube pick up points. They may be blocked off or going to other things. I'm sure the rubber inlets have those same four hoses on yours just can't remember where they go. Your have something in the way on top of the engine which is the secondary air intake. If the hoses go into that just unplug while you balance the carbs then put them back.
Thank you, that's really appreciated. Think I'm getting better at presenting lol. Being abit more myself. I was hoping to do the master cylinder video this week but something has come up and I'm tied up doing other stuff. Hopefully the next video will be early Feb. Full service on the A1P. Thank again Tim.
Good video mate, where did you get the connector bits from? That go from the balancer pipe to the carbs, they don't seem to look like the one's i got with the carbtune.
Hi Ben. They do come with it. Alot of people cut the long rubber tubes and fit the little plastic stabilisers in the middle of those tubes, however I use them as connectors. Any problems bud pm me. Hope your well and Merry Christmas mate. Tim
I purchased it direct from carbtune Pro shop Its the carb tune Pro 4. carbtuneshop.myshopify.com/?gclid=CjwKCAjw8-OhBhB5EiwADyoY1WPMMAFEHYfmXjT-jUj8h8ScQuyBofn5CUz5gTVbNOugK6TUBdLpLRoCm-UQAvD_BwE
