Hi Trish, Happy Friday! Thank you for this great tummy toning cardio workout! What a fun combo of moves, and I always enjoy the no repeats. I used my 2 lb.hand weights and really tried to focus on keeping my stomach muscles pulled in! Thanks for the reminder about your community page posts as I always forget to check there. I hope you and your family have a lovely weekend! The weather is warming up here, yuck, lol. Tomorrow is my birthday (62) and I will be spending the day with my mom and sister.
