Cardio with a Stick: Fun and Effective Waist and Arm Workout with Our Friend, the Stick. 💪🌟🔥🏃♀️
CARDIO for WAIST and ARMS. 40 minutes.
We're using a material that we, the Beauties, love once again, the stick.
This time, we're doing a Cardio-style routine that primarily focuses on the upper body. We'll be working on arms, shoulders, back, and waist, although the legs won't stop moving in various ways throughout the sequence.
This routine is low-impact, making it joint-friendly, and all you need is a stick, which can be a broomstick.
It's important to accompany each exercise with proper breathing because sometimes, during these waist movements, we tend to hold our breath. Also, remember to keep your spine elongated at all times, keeping the abdomen engaged and, as much as possible, lifting the pelvic floor with our "zipper-up" trick.
