That was great! Jessica, I love how you encourage without yelling! I dislike the videos where the gal is yelling and crazily cheerful the whole time. I'm from Generation X so I might be a little old for that much enthusiasm, lol. I've been watching you and working out with you since December and I am feeling so much better and able to move well without pain. Thank you!

Yes!! This was a great low impact workout! Heart 💜 pumping ! I’m having painful issues with my feet 👣 lately and they were not in any pain after the workout.

I did this and the low impact hiit video back to back yesterday. Ouch. I've said it before... Don't be fooled by "easy" or "beginners", this can be as hard as you want to make it. I can't move my legs today! They are so sore... Thanks Jessica! You are an amazing lady.

Hi Jessica! This is my first time here. I go off and on with cardio workouts... Usually because my energy levels fluctuate and I used to have fear of elevated heart rates.... I decided to try this... I did it... and I'm fine. This was a great intro to get me moving today and heart rate elevated.. it does not take much... love the toning included and reminders of steady cardio and your mention of even your heart rate was elevated...

I just found out I can't do high impact exercises because of my endometriosis. I liked this workout so much that I actually wanted it to be longer! (And I hate working out) :)
