In this video, Caribbean Border Crossings by Cruising Yacht Today, after 6 months of hurricane shelter in Grenada we are FINALLY sailing north again and into the rest of the Windward Caribbean Islands. After formalities and an unexplainably expensive PCR test for Covid-19 we leave for St. Lucia skipping Saint Vincent and the Grenadines due to excessive PCR testing and higher entry fees. We do our first overnight sail in 6 months and enjoy boat speeds up to 8.5 knots! #liveaboardcruising #caribbeansea #stlucia #sailingchannel

In August of 2017 we sold everything and moved aboard Balachandra, a 1986 C&C44 sailboat, then sailed it over 300 nautical miles to Halifax Nova Scotia to spend a cold Canadian winter in the frozen waters of the North Atlantic.
