All dandy but she doesn’t mention what were the diet changes or even the treatments used, I usually like these interviews because people detail what they change and how it worked for their specific problems. All I heard was her chatting about bodybuilding and her functional medicine practice felt like an ad. On the other hand Dr Shawn is always amazing! She mentions she uses lions diet on her practice, great, i thought i was here to listen to your n=1.

34 days now…pretty strict. Wins: sober for 15 day, 4 kilos lost, with minimal exercise, muscle growth visible, energy up before first meal, fasting easy because I’m not hungry @19x20 hours, craving mostly removed. Losses: I miss drinking sometimes, social events I simply revert to type, get back on carnivore the next day, carnivore is not really for extroverts in today’s society.

You can guess the question by what she answers . Bodybuilders must be some of the unhealthiest people . They look fit ,but are really only as healthy as their artery walls ,blood pressure, Fasting insulin, hba1c, trigs, hdl, crp, insulin resistance.

Its a shame that your audio is ruining the experience of your interviews. For any non English native person its very very difficult to understand. Its happened a few times now where only your guests audio is of good quality.

Dr. Baker, with respect, I think you need to update your audio equipment/connection. I'm paused around the 7 minute mark because I was listening on earbuds in a different room when I realized I literally cannot tell what you are saying; I would need subtitles. Scanning comments now it looks like others noticed the same thing, so I hope you attend to this. (Maybe for some people watching your face at the same time, reading lips helped somewhat? But listening to audio only it was like you were speaking a foreign language or slurring and garbling your words.)
