She been through enough losing her father at young age almost 6 and without a father when she became a adult and the assassins who took her father life he going to see justice with God and that inexcusable for taking someone life for no reason and taken Caroline father away from her and the nation and I see why that she showing emotional and shed tears when she had her moments and also she did a interview and say she miss her father and thinking about him each day all because of the stupidity and inexcusable act did by that coward assassin and the nation still hurt and angry and Caroline still angry too.

I am not sure what you find so relatable.Her grandad was a provider of alcohol during Prohibition ( Joe Kennedy). Her dad ( President Kennedy) benefitted from the sales of alcohol during Prohibition. Her mom ( Jacqueline) married a man worth many millions. Jacqueline ( married to Aristotle Onassis) got 25 million out of that marriage, and that put Caroline and John/ RIP and on easy street. I am impressed that Caroline and John / RIP both earned Law Degrees.
Her heart felt love for Uncle Ted spoken with such class and dignity. Caroline, to have been under a constant microscope, has done one hell of a job not only raising her family right, but being an example for them.

Caroline is beautiful, both inside & out! She's not only a wonderful loving mother, she's Extremely witty, sharp and definitely has her father's sense of humor. "Your one of the strongest Kennedy women I've known, not personally of course but we grew up in the same era of the 60s, I'm closer to John Jr's age." i met Uncle Teddy twice. He was charming, funny and wicked smart! The man truly was the "lion of the Senate". This remembrance of him by his dear niece is great. Thank you.

She, and her words, were lovely and inspiring and don't forget that Ted Kennedy was the most politically accomplished of the four Kennedy brothers and he was probably the most respected Senator of the second half of the 20th century on BOTH sides of the aisle!
In terms of Caroline's appearance; she has the Kennedy facial features (fair hair/blue eyes) her Mother's slim frame and a combined strength wisdom integrity and sincerity of both parents. Along with her Father's quick wit/sense of humour. Caroline has had some serious health issues and has handled them with private dignity. I for one am so proud she has not taken the cosmetic surgery route of her cousin Maria Shriver Schwarzenegger.
They have their husbands and have never lost their three or four children. Losing their original family was horrible, but they have now more lovely immediate family than most people. They are just now matriarchs of the family instead of daughters.
I actually think she looks like her mother, but she’s kind of a 50-50 combination of both. It’s like her frame is exactly her mother with Kennedy coloring and facial features. It’s like she’s half exactly Jackie and half exactly her Kennedy aunts.
roisindubh02: She's had many years to think about it and decided not to. She had to be convinced to take the ambassadorship to Japan because of her reluctance to enter political life. Her window has pretty much passed now since she's in her mid-60s, I think she'll continue to be the "family spokesperson" at functions like this.

He led by example, as the patriarch, since he was the only male brother, who lived, from that extraordinary generation. I suspect for Caroline, Uncle Teddy, was more than a suricate father. Uncle Teddy brought life, alive. As Senator Kennedy expressed in his astonishing 1980 Democratic Convention speech, "...the dream will never die."

I was 7 when JFK was murdered. We had the first TV set in my village. And this was the first I saw. When I was 12 RFK was murdered. This was 2 terrible things and I became very interested in politics. The third terrible was the Assassin of MLK. So I started to write to Edward Kennedy. I realize that his coworkers replied those. But they where all signed with his name I continued to write to him til I was 17. I recevid a long letter from him about his political goals. And I also got photographs of all 3 brothers Kennedy. Beautiful lady in looks and her manner. Wouldn’t wish what happened to her Dad and Uncle on her but when you see who is in the White House the Kennedy dynasty could continue with a real winner.
She has her mom's wide set eyes but they are blue like her dad's. Personality wise I see her more like Jackie quiet and serious but her brother seemed more outgoing like JFK.
@Sunshine Baker I thought she was over rated physically. I've never paid attention to the large calves or her small bust, just that her facial features were average. Actually, reading about how much she didn't like her wedding dress because she didn't like her small bust is the only time I noticed it. But even then it wasn't like it drew attention.
I personally think that the Bouvier Kennedy genes are stronger than the Schlossbergs I mean look at all Caroline's 3 children, particularly Rose & Jack. Rose resembles Jackie a lot while Jack resembles his late uncle John Jr. a lot too. As for Tatiana I think she's a great resemblance of both her parents
