So I bought a bottle of this knowing nothing about this brand or mezcal at all. I went home and looked up reviews and was blown away at the number of 1 and 2 star reviews saying this was horrible and some of the worst they've ever had. Shocked, I poured myself some and took a sip. Compared to the smoke and rubber I've gotten in other high end whiskey this was far more subtle and I felt it was a very enjoyable drink, and had a lot more personality compared to the traditional 1800 and Patron tequilas I would have with friends. Overall I was satisfied with it, for the price I'll keep trying other options but I would rate this a solid 4/5 just on flavor and experience.

Thanks for sharing. For the price this bottle goes for there's a lot out there you can explore for equivalent or less that would be better. Search through my channel for other mezcal reviews to see if anything I describe speaks to you and go from there. I bought a bottle it was ok i got that burned rubber taste as well , something about paying 65 bucks for a bottle with only 40% AbV bothers me

There's a lot of great stuff out there for $65 or less.. If you ever see the brands Banhez, Bozal, or La Luna, all three are solid and about half the price
