Cascade Crest 100 Mile Endurance Run (2023) 

Hi all, this is a video of my 2023 Cascade Crest 100. The course was an absolutely beautiful out & back (due to trail work going on in 2023). Because of that, the course I ran differs from what most people's experience at Cascade Crest will be like. Still, the course was beautiful and challenging. Also, I don't usually take videos of low points during races, while I try to work through them in real time but captured some vulnerable footage around mile 80. That means you get to see my highs and my lows which is cool. Overall, this was a very difficult race - I am proud to say I finished and hope this video helps you along your ultrarunning (or future Cascade Crest) journey!
