Some nice fish. Makes u wander how some people even should be allowed to own a boat. During daylight and a clear day u were fishing in no reason they should not have steered well clear of u fishing. Jet skis are a real nuisance for trying to fish. Most experiances ive had with them is they have no respect for others on the water

Yeah there's plenty of room up there where I fish, and they still like to get right next to my boat, but I guess there's nothing anybody's going to do about it. They're talking about speed limits at the coast on that huge body of water, but they won't do anything about lakes.

@@JonBoatRiverCats I was just asking because a little bit ago, I bought a whisker seeker FMJ model catfish rod and my piscifun chaos 50 was moving around a bit on the reel seat. Had to return it and get a GFX model instead. But yea I didn’t want to make the same mistake with the big cat fever rod.

But the main river system near me is the cape fear river .. and I also have a lot of creeks that run off the cape fear like the south river ... And rockfish Creek etc ... Would love to connect one day and fish !

Those bcf rods are bending a lot for heavy action

Those are the BCF trolling rods they are a medium action they don’t make med heavy or heavy action in the trolling rods I don’t think pretty sure all they make are med and med light

These are their medium light trolling rods. They're what I use for dragging. Heavies make the planers jump when I'm dragging at .7 the lighter action also gets me more hook ups. The fish don't realize there's a rod on the other end of that bait.

I do have 4 heavies that I use for suspending and anchoring. And 2 spare medium lights ready to go if I lose a dragging rig. I use the heavies anchoring because when my boat rocks they're stiff enough not to bend, and actually gives a little action to the bait. I find sometimes it entices a bite.

Did you order your BCF rods online? Because I ordered one and it says that I have to pay $200 just for shipping

@@JonBoatRiverCats yeah that’s what we payed but the mail lady said that we had to pay the remaining $190 and showed us the paper from the company saying that there’s still $190 that we need to pay. We refused to pay for it and we’re going to call catch the fever to see if it was some kind of mistake
