Sure you can. Depends on where you are though. In the US there are places where the speed limit is 80mph. I've rode a Ninja 250 for long rides years ago. It did great, the biggest issue was high winds actually. On a light bike you get blown around by side winds quite a bit. At some times i had to pull over because i was getting blown off the road. That being said, never let the bike your on stop you from doing the trips you want. You'll make it with enough determination, and sometimes being on a plucky little bike makes the trip that much more fun. Hi from the US. 😁
@iamstrell, kindly include these points in your future Touring reviews. 1. Rpm range at ideal cruising speed 2. Speed at rpm where the engine produces peak torque. 3. Braking test at high speeds (bite and progression) Thank you ❤ Love your videos always 🙂
One of the best review on RU-vid and I don't understand why the silly thumbs down! You talked about the real stuff like max speed and seat issues, I couldn't understand well regarding the Kms doable with a full tank. 120 Km/h cruise speed is more than enough since in my country most of freeways and payways speed limit is 100 Km/h.
I have the same bike (CB300R 2018) and I am pretty happy with it! Excellent for beginner by my option. And looks very good from aside. Even for bigger guy 😄
Strell i wana ask you one thing which bike i should buy dominar 2019 or the cbr 250 abs... Of this year.. Both are generally comming under a same kind of prize point..
Also one more question. Which do you think would be better for touring, city rides and also to a decent amount of offroading. The duke 200 or the yamaha FZ25?
Strell ,do you please have any information related the launch of Honda cbr250r BS6, which one will you suggest me to buy between CBR250r and CB300r as I am totally confused related the launch of 2020 CBR 250r
Hi Strell, thank you for all your reviews. Would it be possible for you to review a Honda CB 400 SF Limited Edition or III specification and advise if it would worth a tourer. I am currently in love with that bike and hope to ride it someday, I know that's a bike India has not made yet, is there any (not the VTEC) bike which can get at least close to that in terms of long distance cruising, power, refinement, stability at high speeds. When do you think Honda CB 400 SF will be launched in India? It is not worth to import due to the heavy taxed and it's price itself is a lot higher.
Really looking forward to your touring review of the New Dominar or the 2019 Dominar. I heard that the rear suspension is too soft, wanna know if that really affects the highspeed stability or not. And also about the vibrations too.
Hey strell! It would be great if you could get a touring review of 2019 RE Himalayan . And also a difference btw the Bajaj Dominor 400 2019 Vs RE Himalayan 2019.
Lack of slipper clutch bothers? I am planning to buy this. .do reply... Your experience of touring n street riding also difference with or without slipper clutch!
Bro, is it necessary to throttle blip while downshifting like you do? I found the technique drinks a lot more fuel than simply slowing down the bike with brakes and then shifting down
Xpluse 200s. What do you think about the longevity of that engine. It's a new engine that has not been tested yet by market. It gets a lot of cycle parts from vendors such as mitsuba, Nissin etc. What do you think
I do 100+ in 150 cc bike ..I have fz s v1 2012 model ..it's good till now..it has vibrations on higher speed 80+,,I want to upgrade to Honda cbr300 or Duke 390,which one u suggest to me
As usual short and good review dude.. its almost twice the cost of ns200.. how do you rate it against ns200 with respect to VFM on touring and features?
Hoping for some useful touring mods in aftermarket at cheaper rates. Importing them is very costly. Tank is an issue. But again higher cc motorcycles also give a range like this only inspite of a bigger tank .
I would love to see a highspeed touring review video of the following bikes. 1) ninja 400 2) street triple 765s and the rs 3) z900 4) ducati diavel. 5) bmw s1000r (naked)
