Why can't a witness reach out to a prosecutor to discuss her testimony? Chad I am sure has discussed every part of his case with his lawyer, so why does an accused, have the right, not only to have full access to plan out their case, with their lawyer, and even practice, with their lawyer if they plan to testify. When a witness, someone who is forced to testify, in a case, shamed for coming to court, to testify, as they were subpoenaed to do, and are expected to have no guidance or protections from the prosecutor when they do? Why do the criminals have all of the rights, and the truth tellers have none? I also wonder why it is so often these days that Lawyers are now just paid bullies, who pretend the accused is the victim, and seem to have free reign to bully and humiliate a witness? Someone tell me why protecting a church, that had NOTHING to do with the radical beliefs of Chad, and those he manipulated with his radical beliefs, and the murders of 4 people? And explain to me why witnesses are subpoenaed, required by law to testify, are treated like they committed a crime, and the accused, the man responsible for the conspiracy, and murder, including 2 children one dismembered, and burned, and buried in his back yard, never has to testify, never gets questioned on his radical beliefs, and how he used them, to get rid of every obstacle, between him, and the object of his lust?

Unfortunately Prior is doing his job quite well because when this goes up on appeal after Chad is convicted, and it will, Chad will never be able to say his attorney didn’t fully defend him. That’s the job of a criminal defense attorney. They are professional liars and that’s why I loathe them. But Prior IS doing his job.

He's reading the texts and they are highly questionable and legally bizarre. People on these sites seem to think that these trials are simply meant to destroy defendants. I wish she could come out very plainly and say Chad and Lori‘s crazy beliefs did not line up with the teachings of the LDS church. So I want the church to be protected and for it to be clearly known to everyone that this is outside the beliefs of the church. I do think the continued contact with the prosecutor was a mistake. Creepy Prior is just doing his job ( in a very irritating way!} As long as Chad is found guilty, if he’s had effective council he has little change of an effective appeal.

So according to Prior it's ok for Chad to be nervous around cops and act differently as the 2 children were being dug out of his yard BUT MG is suppose to act nonchalant being dragged into a capital case involving multiple murdered people some whom she knew, murdered by people she thought she knew and trusted.

This guy is so annoying!!! Yesterday the prosecution spent the whole day reviewing the financials of Lori Vallow and her kids, and when it came time for cross examination all this guy had to ask was if his client Daybell was involved in any of the evidence produced. Instead he spent hours reviewing the same evidence piece by piece. I think he just likes to hear himself talk.
