He died in December, so by then, the kids had been missing for about three months. His cause of death was found to be natural causes in the autopsy report released just over a month ago. However, Cox has his own family and they will be fighting against that, and also do not forget the CCTV footage of Lori and Chad at the storage unit.

It won't work. They'll get them to talk. How could Chad not see the graves in his backyard if someone else did this? They were doing bonfires right next to the children.

It could be frustrating. The prosecutors are building a conspiracy case against Chad and Lori so they can be held to the same standard as a ruder charge and go away for the same length of time. The case will have to be circumstantial and compelling but I think it can be done. They can hang these two using heir own words and a hell of a lot of witnesses to piece it all together. My concern is the appeal saying they couldn’t expect to get a fair trial because of all the coverage. Also, let us not forget Casey Anthony because if anyone is guilty, it’s her. Yet she out feeling the sun and breathing fresh air while her dead daughter is in the cold, hard ground. They are going to need to put a detailed, thorough case together.

I have often heard family members of victims and even defendants in criminal cases say the trial is when they finally get the full picture. Also, the discovery of the remains doesn’t end the investigation. It’s common for investigators to withhold information as an investigatory tool.

I think Lori is the devil and chad was in lust with her and doesn’t have a clue about any of it. He just looks dumb but God will be the judge. I hope the truth comes out eventually and they are both spend the rest of they’re lives in prison. I feel awful for his children because of the mess he has left them to deal with

Agree I said the same thing, there's ways and means of making a death look natural, same as murders can be made to look like suicides
