I'm an old retired Detective and I think they're looking for the firearm that Tammy Daybell thought was a paintball gun. The assailant ran behind the house and disappeared, likely into one of the outbuildings till Chad could give him the all-clear.

I was wondering when they were going to change her charges. Because once it came out that the children had been deceased since September, the abandonment charges kind of blow up. _Technically_ you can’t "abandon" someone that’s not there. So I knew at some point they were going to have to charge her w/ something different to keep her detained (while they put together the murder or conspiracy to murder charges,) and I figured it would have to be before her prelim which is what, July 9th? So, not a surprise but good to know LE is steady working this case. The _last thing_ we want is an acquittal because the case isn’t air-tight. We want these two (and _anyone else_ who participated) to get locked up for a _very_ long time. Tylee, JJ, Charles and Tammy deserve justice.

I have seen how a high profile case goes! These guys on this case are doing a great job and know exactly what they want to convict both Vallow and Daybell! Multiple charges are better. Means they could get maxim sentence for each charge leaving no way for them to get out of prison! Great job!

I'd like to see her face when the end of time doesn't happen on July 22 ( is that the right date) and she doesn't magically get zapped into her new paradise and she finds she's still in a jail cell.
