I think after killing their spouses and when getting away with it they started to enjoy the powerfull feeling of taking away other people's lives, feeling to be like gods. It could also been revenge for grandparents because they got all Charle's life insurance money and she got nothing even if she had 2 kids (she had been angry about that to grandparents). And Chad didn't want them and manipulated her to believe its their job to free those souls from zombies.

I feel the same way but from what I understand she and Chad said the kid's were zombies. Their bodies were taken over by evil spirits. There's some kind of delusion going on. It's one bizarre case.

But I can tell you one thing..if a man ever comes into my life and we are in a somewhat serious relationship I don't care if he's a millionaire, a celebrity or anything.. if he shows any type of negativity towards my kids he's gone!! Gone!!My kids are my world! They come first and foremost before anything or anyone in my life. Yes but like in Arizona in Phoenix we have made government concessions in community organizations and the corrections needed in Phoenix police actions (according to Governor Ducey) without cutting police funding (or officers on the street not representing the bad few police officers needing corrective measures)! We need to have full transparency measures on what our police are doing not only in Phoenix but elsewhere with full use of body cameras. Motorcycle officers not to required for same transparency measures when a death is involved (as is in our case) additional measures need to be required and newly enforced because that strategy model did fail!

It broke my heart to see the grandfather saying “ the best thing to happen for him would be to see those two kids in court when we get there!” .he was smiling and looked so happy thinking it was going to happen, when the court ordered Lori to present her children to the court,... which of course she didn’t , as the poor mites were both dead ! But a loving home was there for them both by grandparents who dearly wanted them, especially JJ who had s special connection with his grandpa. 😢😢😢 so why the hell didnt Lori let them??

I got emo too about this story too. I didn't let myself think about them being dead, not even for a minute. I grew up in "Christian" fundamentalism, and it scares me even to this day. They couldn't give "custody to the grandparents" without admitting their faith was flawed. Admitting one's faith is flawed is as good as killing yourself, so just kill the kids instead. My mother was like that, saying how she'd wished she'd handled my sister that way. It's horrific if you've ever lived it. People don't realize how toxic some "Christian" parents can be.

Nope, Mrs. Daybell did not turn on Chad "the kids are alright" Vallow. The last thing police, law enforcement, and the public want is to cut a deal with Lori Vallow. They want her locked up for the rest of her life. You don't kill your children and get a deal. Search warrant is sealed, but cadaver dogs were spotted on the Daybell property. Those dogs have been known to find Civil War human remains. As well, LIDAR (acronym for light detection and ranging) definitely would have been used by the FBI using small plane/helicopter flying over the Daybell property. Further, neighbors reported to police they had observed a large bonfire in the early autumn, and a two bonfires in the spring. That would have tipped law enforcement off to proceed with specific tools geared to obtaining detailed information such as soil displacement, radar imaging for disturbances of the ground, soil acidity rate of decomposition, etc. This stockpile of information would be handed over to a judge to provide sufficient reason and probability to search for bodies on the property. To obtain a warrant to dig on a property is not easy. The last thing law enforcement wants to do in a case like this is jeopardize evidence by obtaining it thru questionable means. I wish all missing children cases could receive such coverage.
