Hey Ever since I found this video I have been doing your seated exercises in my wheelchair. I have a disability called cerebral palsy and unable to walk. I can’t do everything perfect but I am still moving. Thank you so much. Please do make seated exercises videos. :)

Thank you so much for this video. I sprained my ankle about 3 weeks ago and have another 4 weeks minimum of recovery. I feel I have been getting sluggish and gaining weight since I used to dance and run constantly and I have been unable. I got through about half of the workout and broke down in tears. I think all the frustration and anger that I have been holding in cake out at once. But I refused to quit. I paused the video, gave myself a few minutes to recover and kept going. Usually I quit but I knew I had to push through. Thank you thank you thank you for being so positive and supportive.
Caroline. I am a Beachbody coach and I am 3 1/2 weeks post femur/hip fracture and surgery. This has been devastating for me. I lost 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks and it was all muscle. I have started into my workouts for just my arms and core with weights. I am so missing the cardio portion of my workouts. I had to modify some of your moves because I do not have the range in my hips but I so enjoyed this workout. It will be a new go to for me until I am recovered enough to continue my normal workouts. Thank you for creating this video. I feel so much better.

This is a life changer for me! I have had three foot surgeries and each time it was so hard to try and get any exercise in.when you are told you will be non weight bearing for 3 or more months and a year to total recovery it is so depressing. Being able to do these exercises has changed my life. It is so uplifting to know. I can do something positive for my body!
This is great not only for people with injuries, but also if we are tired, not feeling well, elderly or overweight and need a no-impact workout. Thanks a lot!

Hey Caroline, found your videos through a Facebook group for a condition called Hallux Rigidus (basically arthritis of the big toe joint). I've been a distance runner for 15 years and I surf every single day, but with this condition, running has been more and more painful, so I finally got surgery on my toe to clear out the arthritis. I started researching how to stay fit during recovery and found your videos and started them 48 hours after surgery and have been doing them every day, doubling up on them to get a longer workout. Thanks so much for helping folks who can't get on their feet due to injury, surgery, disability, etc. to feel like we're getting something done and feeling good about it! A great service you are doing here! Keep it up!
I really appreciate this video. I have a knee injury and while I’m waiting a couple weeks for a cortisone shot, I didn’t want to give up on my workouts. This really did get my heart rate up and make me sweat. Thanks so much!
I wanted to say thank you for making this video. I’m a very active guy, normally working out 5-6 times per week but I recently ruptured my Achilles’ tendon and had surgery last week. Since post-op day 5 I have been doing your videos. I appreciate your enthusiasm and energy. Keeps me smiling and working hard. I’m also doing push-ups and sit-ups and curls in addition. Hopefully out of the cast and into a boot this week. Thanks again and keep it up!
I've had a few foot injuries over the past three years. Each time my initial reaction is to be down because I can't do my morning workout. But then my next reaction is to turn to one of your seated cardio workouts. They've been a lifesaver! You rock!
I pulled a muscle in my side two days ago and only did a gentle workout yesterday. Today I am back with you, Caroline, but very mindful of my body so I don’t overdo.
Ive tried a few of Caroline's chair workouts. I love these and so far this is my favorite. I like how its a little longer and more challenging than the shorter ones - as I am recovering a foot injury. Its a great workout specific to a whole body cardio. These videos mark the return of cardio for me since my foot injury is a long and extensive healing process. Thank you!
Caroline, At 24 I'm finally accepting that I have horrible pronation and that I may not be able to work out in the same way as my contemporaries. Your videos have been helping me through a really tough time with plantar fasciitis and are contributing to helping me lose the weight after having my baby ! Thanks!

You are hardcore awesome! I decided to take a flight off my bicycle about 3 weeks ago. Sprained both wrists, lots of road rash in hands and elbows, and injured tendon in left knee and ankle. I was so frustrated because I was not able to work out which is one of my biggest outlets. I found your injury workouts an absolutely love them. They are challenging and have made me feel so good. I had surgery in both feet 4 weeks ago and have been using your workouts for the last 3 of those. Up until my surgery I did outdoor bootcamp 2-3 times a week and ran at least once a week. I am in my sixties and thought over the 12 week recovery I would lose most of my fitness and it would be sooo hard to get it back. I have been doing different work outs, of yours, 5 days out of 7 and they have been brilliant. I feel I am maintaining most of my fitness, keeping my weight down, but best of all keeping moving. I am desperate to get out and run, but wanting to ensure my surgery is as successful as possible. I am delighted to have found your workouts and enjoy my mornings working out with you. Thank you

I'm so pleased to have found this video. With limitations on my mobility, some days are difficult days, and it's such a relief to discover a cardio workout I can do on the days when exercise on my feet is not an option. I found it hard going, which is great, and will now add it to my toolkit of self-care. Also thank you for a wonderful delivery. Motivational kindness really helps, and has left me feeling stronger as I approach my day.

I tore my meniscus in my right knee and haven't been able to be active. Currently, on crutches. I see my waistline getting bigger the longer I prolong being active. This video not only pushed me to my limit, but the exercises and the fitness teacher Is absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping me stay active and being so positive.

Thank you so much Caroline. A few weeks ago I suffered an ankle sprain from a fall off of a stair and learned I have a torn ligament in my forefoot. I am dedicated to following a conservative approach and pray for healing so I don't have to do surgery. I was a daily exerciser and depressed I cannot continue with my cardio, so finding your workout really helps. Thanks again, Cindy

I broke my tib/fib in a waterskiing accident two days before my daughter got married. It is a very complicated break and I have a rod ,plates and screws in my leg.Pretty debilitating and depressing injury....then, a friend recommended you, Caroline. It has changed everything. What I am most grateful for is your positive attitude. I am 7 weeks in and will be on crutches for probably as much time going forward. I credit you with keeping me feeling fit and positive. I just got into a major ski accident and torn my MCL and meniscus and badly sprained my other knees. I had a workout challenge I gave myself 2 months ago to workout 5 days a week for 3 months. With 4 weeks left of my goal I got into my accident. Devastated to say the least. My injury was 5 days ago and I started your workout 3 days ago. Mentally I am devastated but I know I wanted to continue but needed to adapt quickly. Thank you so much

I was very physically active before the accident so not being able to move has been so frustrating. Your hurt foot works and chair cardio are the only things that have kept me sane. Thank you for this video. My 70 year old awesome Mom and I worked out together and it was very challenging! This will be part of our routine. We both have foot and knee issues so this is a wonderful option.
