No this won’t cause that. If you hear a clicking/knocking noise on full lock then it’s an indication that the CV is on its way out. I would investigate the driveline such as the prop shafts. Has the truck suspension been lifted? If so check the angle of the centre prop shaft bearing. If it’s out of angle it will cause vibrations.

@@MachinaDesigns it remember earlier I released the clutch to fast an it jerked pretty hard maybe I will look at the drive line first

Giving u the sensation of an unbalanced wheel....but on under load cud probably be inner CV worn.

Roger Dyson haha I know the feeling! I’ll have a look and see what the music is called and let you know. As for the torque specs I’m not sure what they are for the 2010 model mine is the 2017 PX2 model

@@MachinaDesigns appreciate if you do, mate. RE the torque - im a bit confused, lots of info on the internet, but all that I found varies from 135 to 335 ft lbs. will perhaps tighten to 150 and try. Just replaced both cv joints and all ball joints. cheers

No but that information should be available on the Ford website or from a dealer.
