Yes, I agree with you on the starter clutch. I've now replaced it twice but, I will order from the manufacturer you've recommended. I've completely overhauled the gy6 150 cc engine on my son's go-kart. The starter clutch from Amazon doesn't do it justice. So, thanks again for the 411 on the starter clutch! Awesome video too!

It seems these things are designed to fail if not running in an oil bath. How can a dry bearing turning 7,000 rpm (perhaps 25,000 rpm If rolling continuously on the starter gear) expect to last? The Chinese case is vented so any dirt is like sand blasting, crazy bad design imo.
