Re your yellow bowl, I did a massive renovation of my kitchen and butler's pantry. It is gorgeous, right out of Southern Living. And, in my butler's pantry, along with my wine cooler and sterling silver coffee service, is a circa 1970s Mr. Coffee coffee machine. It has no timer, nothing fancy, just functional. That coffee pot is my "yellow bowl." I think we all have a "yellow bowl."

Since you said you liked suggestions, here's one. I put a half-cup of Aldi cottage cheese in the cylinder that came with my emersion blender, add 4 or 5 frozen strawberries (slightly thawed and cut up), sugar-free honey to taste and a splash of strawberry extract. Blend that up and you have frozen yogurt!

You mentioned that you got negative comments on your old blender! The plus side of that is ..I'm quite sure not all of the viewers watching have that latest, fanciest kitchen equipment.! But, it shows we can make your recipes with whatever equipment we have to work with!

It's like I always say... I'm really cooking here. Good bad and ugly. I can't just go out and buy a new kitchen appliance because my old one might look a little dirty even though I can promise it's clean. I appreciate you saying that. I feel like if people are that picky, They may not want to watch me anyway, cuz I'm definitely not perfect 😁

I’m still new here with what all you have going on, but I’m not going anywhere. I’m here to stay, unless you turn that music up! (Totally kidding…I didn’t even notice it was loud, if it was) Weird that someone cared enough to even comment on that poor helpless blender, that never did anything to them. 😂 I think a bloopers video would be great-my life is one big blooper some days, so it would fit right in! 😄

I absolutely love your channel. You are one of my all-time favorites, and you and one other content provider have convinced me to totally give up seed oils. Wow! A lot of exciting things in the works for your channel! 😃 I’m so happy to see your channel growing like it is! I wish I had found it sooner! I like a lot of the same kind of music that you do. 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and some of the 2000’s pop/rock music I like to hear as well, reminds me of my Mom and growing up. I’m the same about liking the older country music versus the new too. The trolls are jealous and just mean! I’ll never understand why they bother ppl who are doing a great job! The music on your channel has always been good to me! The way you make your videos are perfectly fine! Your wife will be your biggest support for your channel! Hopefully, she will come on one day. Would love to say hi to her as well! ❤ I can’t wait for your and Chris’s collaboration video! I know it’s going to be awesome! You two join the ranks of great keto/carnivore cooks on You Tube in my opinion and you’re both so down to earth and humble! I feel bad I can’t contribute any money to you or anyone on YT right now. We had to pay for my sister’s funeral back in June 2022, we had some other unfortunate other expenses, plus my sister needs a head stone but I’ll watch your videos and share to everyone I can think of! Us going to KPL in October is honestly a big splurge for us this year. I’m looking forward to it, but we had to make sacrifices if that makes sense? We really wanted to meet everyone this year! The way you’re growing, you WILL definitely be a full time You Tuber and that’s going to be awesome! 🤩

I keep trying to tell her that and I'm going to tell her that you have requested that she be on... I think she's just camera shy.. maybe I can get her to at least read comments on a live video and put her on there 😂 No, II absolutely understand. You always comment and watch my stuff and like it and that is what really makes a difference. I just appreciate the support 😁 If I got into doing this just for money, I would have quit a long time ago! 👍🏼😂 My goal is to help people and I feel like I'm doing that. Your support keeps me going. One more thing with inflation getting out of control, rumblings of food supply shortages may occur what would be your recommendations as essentials keto/low carb foods are necessary to stock up, as many of us are preppers just incase SHTF?

The first thing I would do is find a local rancher or meat producer close to you. I think that will be important in the future as more factory farming happens and it will be your best source. Anything in cans pretty much lasts forever. May not be your top choice, but would definitely help sustain. Canned chicken, tuna, even spam and similar canned meats. Definitely sardines. Low carb vegetables like green beans, tomatoes, sauerkraut. The number one thing I would recommend is learn to grow your own vegetables. Peppers, bell peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, kale, leafy greens. Then, you can always trade for meat and other household items.

Hey some ppl on RU-vid have fancy million dollar houses and every new kitchen item possible but their food isn’t great. I’d rather watch someone cook like you that is actually eating their food with normal looking appliances. My stuff sure looks used cuz I use it everyday almost. If things look too new it’s probably cuz they ain’t really cooking much besides their videos. A used looking appliance is a good thing. Annnnnd, people need to see that you don’t need fancy stuff to make great food :). You know the ppl I’m talking about, the ones that don’t taste it cuz they probably throw it in the trash afterwards lol

Another reason I started my channel. Because a lot of that food was nasty! I was like, my stuff actually tastes good too.. Maybe other people would like stuff that tastes good too 🤣 I know exactly what you're talking about 🤣 Watch it now...I don't taste mine either, but I try to at least show what it looks like. If you had to watch me eat after hours of cooking and videoing it, you'd lose your appetite 😂🤣 I can best describe it as shoveling 🤷‍♂️ Maybe I could try to show me eating and just edit it. A lot.

Really it's us viewers that need to thank you for that passion in creating interesting recipes to make keto/low carb a way of life. BTW big on country music vintage era my all time favorite is song that melts me every time I hear it is NEON MOON by Brooks & Dunn...love the guys!!!! Another favs are Carrie Underwood, Alan Jackson. Thank you so much! I saw Brooks & Dunn and Reba in Vegas a few years back. It was so cool. It's weird that I say I don't like pop country but I did like Garth Brooks and Brooks and Dunn, which were kind of pop country. I just don't like the current stuff... God Bless you!
