These kids and there parents need to be lock up for a long long time. Parents should be charged with neglecting a child. Do you know what your kids are doing. If you have kids and they act this way is a reflection on the parent. Teach your kid. Learn tough love.

I'm far from a police cheerleader but great job on behalf of these officers. In NYC, the police would have riddled the car with bullets, bystanders would've been hit and the driver (who had a gun) would be DOA. Nice job!
Cops should be doing everything in their power to catch these violent criminals, these little violent criminals had a gun with an extended mag, driving a stolen car at 15, racing through the streets. Cops don't need to back off. Cops are trained and experienced to handle high speed pursuits. The only ones putting people in danger were the criminals running from the police, it's their fault start to finish.
