Awesome chapathis, demonstration is so good, am sure anyone will be able to make chapatis even if they have not yet started because you showed every detail so well. I only want to know if you have used a cast iron pan to fry the chapatis. If so where did you buy this and how do you maintain the same, I mean we are supposed to wash, grease etc. to make it ultimately like the non stick type. Like the chapatis if you show us how to maintain cast iron pans that is if you have used one, will be very very grateful. God bless you, thank you
