PMD: Eternal Skies is based off of the Explorers Time, Darkness, Sky entry of the PMD Series. It’s the first fully animated and voice acted series in the PMD community and the show will remain faithful to the Explorers lore. It will also take great inspiration from the official Explorers Beyond Time and Darkness Anime on the Pokemon channel. My dream is to one day make this project amongst some of the greatest PMD projects in the community and i will do my best to achieve that goal. This project is also really dedicated to all the people who pour their heart into fan works that go unnoticed everyday. I know that feeling lol, but don’t give up and try to enjoy the art. One day if this gets big, I will do a PMD Direct to showcase those projects. Until then, i hope you enjoy the series.
PS: Please note that I have a life beyond animating all day, as I also eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Chapter 1
Description: After failing to pull the courage to become an explorer, Rowlet heads down to the beach to clear his mind. He then meets a strange pokemon who’s appeared following the previous nights thunderstorm. The 2 retrieve Rowlet’s personal treasure after getting mugged by 2 no good pokemon. Afterwards, Aero and Rowlet agree to form an exploration team.

15 years ago Explorers of Sky was released for the first time ever. 15 years later ive decided to release PMD: Eternal Skies on the same day. Ive worked quite hard and all of the voice actor’s have also done a tremendous job and I’m incredibly proud of the end result, but that certainly doesn't mean we don't have room to improve. Were gonna work harder, were gonna get bigger, and of course were gonna get better! So please let me know what you think! i liked the animation a lot! I think the only bit of advice id give, is that it would help if the characters blinked or moved a bit more, they seem to feel a little stiff in comparison to their in-game counterparts. But other than that, the acting was pretty good, and the animation is done quite well, such as the environments, the person in charge of those did well.

I really hope this series will go on for a good while. Especially with the VAs and animation being pretty good, I hope all of you who take part in the Eternal Skies series have a fun time making it. No matter how long it takes for every episode, as long as everyone's having fun and putting effort, this project is going to be great, so please keep it up! Bring back the memories that Explorers of Sky once brought us the first time playing :)

I want you to know that I love this and appreciate all the effort that has gone into it. Rowlet + Riolu is a great duo and fits the 'sky' theming perfectly. The voices for Koffing and Zubat are also uncannily similar to how they sounded in my head.

Pokemon Sky Explorers is and will be my biggest favorite game. Watching this animation filled me with emblematic memories. I love the part where Rowlet accidentally threw a Blast Seed. The backgrounds and character animations are nice. Rowlet’s eyes move in a creepy way, but that’s my opinion (you don’t have to change it if you don’t want to).

@@ExplorerOfSky Yeah, I already have the Script, It's a retelling of the story. I was doing some remeshing to the characters. I didn't really have mutch time to advance on it since I was busy but I'm confident on releasing the first episode by the end of summer.

Honestly a Great and Incredible Start to a Good Series recreating some events of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, I honestly can’t wait to see where this series goes and takes in the mere future!!! Holy crud this is awesome! The voice acting and fighting is a bit shaky (more the fight scenes because a lot of actions are slower than i think they should be) BUT this is an incredible start! Please keep going!

This has a nice relaxing feel to it. Even if the 3d is not detailed as say the sprites I actually think its simplicity mixed with the 3d feel gives me same feeling I would as a kid playing a ps2 platformer. That seed joke is quite funny too. I guess they do look all the same.😂 I love the voice of Rowlet probably the best voice in this. It seems Riolu is quite quiet. Just like in the games I guess not a chatterbox😂 I'm actually surprised we actually have something like this thats 3d! Thats pretty amazing. And a whole complete episode thats an accomplishmemt.

Very ambitious to make an animated PMD project. A pretty nice first episode overall. If I may offer come constructive criticism, the Riolu's voice is a bit quiet compared to the rest of the cast, particularly in the first scene. I could barely hear him saying his name.

Here's advice I think would greatly improve your dialogue and camera work, Starting off you need to remember the original dialogue was written for the limited presentation of the DS. Character movements and expressions had to be emphasised or told directly to the player, inevitably making a majority of the dialogue feel unatural and overbearing. A good example from this episode would be the partner finding our MC on the beach, exclaiming and narrating exactly what they're thinking and witnessing. Use facial expressions, gasps and other natural ques and phrases, experiment with camera. I understand you want to stay faithful to the material but as the director you can give this story and it's characters the presentation it deserves :)

Yup! We've been cutting down some of the dialogue to the most necessary lines. As well as combining sentences into 1 to cut them down for ep 2. Appreciate the feedback!

Thank you to make this amazing Pokémon mystery dungeon RU-vid video and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explores of Sky is my favorite Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game and Riolu is my favorite Pokémon to play as main character and never thought have a Rowlet as parents and second main character toothat was good surprise and great match up too , so got good question will the team have 3 on team or 4 on team is so the three on team needs water type Pokémon and four on team water Pokémon and dragon type Pokémon just trying to help but got other ideas I’m okay but if you gonna but dragon Pokémon on there team as third main character like be a Gible and if put nicknames on your show I like use my name if people you like it, p.s. still amazing show to watch and I’m all ready subscribe on your RU-vid channel to ready to watch episode 2 any day when come out soon

@@justincogan7584im actually doing something different where the chimecho assembly thing for extra members will end up just being fellow guild members. It works as an opportunity to expand their friendships with the guild members instead of introducing a ton of dungeons recruits. It gets messy to make thise fleshed out characters
