This is really beautiful! Nice job. I have a question....how do guests eat from this without touching everything ? I want to serve this at a get together but I don't want everyone handling the food lol
You could put a couple forks on the tray. I have some really small appitizer forks I use for things like this. There also small tongs like you see on salad bars. It is a good idea to have a utensil to pick up the food.
