What a lovely charcuterie board Kevin! I'm never sure about how to make one of these. Now I know how to put one together. Maybe I'll bring one to Forth of July cocktails this week. I could stick some of those little American flag toothpicks in to decorate. Beverage selection is on point. One of my favorite red wines, and of course the freezing cold bottle of Bombay gin. I noticed Avery eyeballing the charcuterie board full of potential dog treats. My dog George may well have helped himself while you turned your back to greet your guest arriving. The beauty of the charcuterie board is that you could just serve that for a party or get together. You wouldn't really need to make anything else. Is there such a thing as a desert charcuterie board? I wonder what that would look like? Fruit, chocolate, miniature cookies? Anyway, thank you for sharing with us how to do this. I'm always inspired after watching your videos. I appreciate. Take care. This is hands down the best video on RU-vid on how to create a beautiful charcuterie board. I’m glad you added the wooden skewers too. Since Covid, I’ve learned there are people who still sneeze and cough into their bare hands. 😮 So, it’s great to place the wooden skewers and you can also add frilly, colorful topped toothpicks in a small cordial glass next to the board. This video is fantastic. Kevin, I wish you were my neighbor.

Love your tips for creating an appetizing and beautiful charcuterie board! I also love that you placed the crackers separately for gluten intolerant/celiac guests, and also that the almonds were only in one part of the board for those who have severe nut allergies. Good advice when serving a large crowd, since so many people have these types of medical needs. Makes for an easier time to be social without creating a "scene" and asking if there are gluten or nut allergen options. Thank you! Your gorgeous heavy charcuterie board looks full and plentiful... we eat with our eyes first! I love doing boards. I like to half dip my dried apricots in dark chocolate .... like dipped strawberries. I also love toasting the baguette like you. I do some with plain olive oil, some with a little drizzle of pesto spread, and some with sun dried tomato oil. Love all your serving pieces in silver and blue and white. Absolutely charming.
