This 16mm Charlie Chaplin movie is on a 2" reel, from Bergen Film Laboratories Incorporated, and has a minute in running time. It was probably used in toy projectors a hundred years ago, as it is so short and the film itself is of a bright yellowish color. I just treated it with Film-renew and it seems to be fine, although the bottle doesn't specify exactly regarding these toy film types.
