Everyone would be looking at Mick, Keith or Ronnie...but me, I always watched Charlie. Smoothe on the drums...made it look so easy...classy, confident...he knew who he was...Thank you for sharing your gift...

Married since 1964 days it all really a really decent bloke. What a great life he had…… you have so many people a great deal of pleasure thanks Charlie.

Charlie was so outstandingly normal. I'm 64 now and he is a memory dating back from my pre teens. Hard to believe that he's gone.

Charlie was a well dressed man, a great musician, father, grandfather. He was so many things all put into one. You can tell by looking at the slide show and I think with out the drummer, they wouldn't be who they are to this day. He will be missed by many. I will never hear the beat of one of the greatest drummer in the world. RIP in peace Charlie Watts. Thank you.

I've loved the Stones since I was a kid. I remember having trouble staying up late to watch them on SNL back in 78, lol. Heartbroken that Charlie has left us. What a gentleman, he was one of a kind in his crazy orbit. You will be missed, Charlie. RIP

I think that Charlie was the Yoda of the Rolling Stones. They all had their own style of charisma, joining in a great band. This is a beautiful tribute, showing many different faces of Charlie and the Stones. I grew up with them, in "those were the days" 🤩🙋‍♀️

Thanks for posting these wonderful photos. I like the ones of Charlie in a top hat at the races and with his grand-daughter. If one did not know who he was one would never imagine he was a massive star, but he always had his feet firmly on the ground and never saw himself that way. He always came across to me as a gentleman and a very introverted, thoughtful man from the interviews and films I have seen of him. He could give a lot of 'rock stars' today a lesson in manners and humility. Fame never got to his head.

Very sad surprise, I didn't know. Thank you for this video. Somehow I felt they would last forever, my prayers to all.....RIP.

From day one Charlie was my favorite Stone. Saw them on Ed Sullivan Show. I thought he looked cool on the drums. I liked him in the gray pinstripe. His quite demeanor appealed to me. My condolences to his family and his band family.

I loved them all. well done. thank you. I saw the Stones three times, once in the mid seventies and twice in the eighties--all in the Bay Area (CA). I loved the Exile album. But in listening to the tributes, I only just figured out why I loved the music at those shows, especially the first two I saw. The music wasn't like the records at all. And that confused me. Keith was lost in space. And Mick was a fucking clown. it was Charlie's driving beat. He and Bill Wyman were revetting and danceable and connected straight to my heart. Thank God for artists like him.

One of the top 5 drummers of all time. A decent, classy, loyal gentlemen and good husband, and father. Fashion: Who was the better dresser Charlie Watts or Bowie? I think Bowie took more chances, but Charlie had a higher portion of hits to misses in his outfits especially all his suits, he looked like the first suit he bought would still fit. I really enjoyed this tribute as it highlights two of my passions: classic rock (The Stones!) and classic fashion looks. I have felt this loss all week. The Stones were the only still-performing rock and roll band with all original members. RIP Charlie.
