Great video... In retrospect, I wish our principals, teachers and coaches in our (first) evaluation cycle this year had learned about Danielson's "Handbook for Enhancing Professional Practice: Using the Framework for Teaching in Your School." It gives specific instructions, and some great tools in the Apendix that would have helped us understand what types artifacts to use. We would have also benefited from learning early in the year, just how to write (specific) evidence statements for each artifact.
