I'm not a Dr but it's obvious that I know more about this issue than Chas. I "follow the science" and the science says boys can't become girls and girls can't become boys. I'm not a Lawyer but I understand that we all have the same rights regardless of being gay or straight. You don't "legislate hate" and if you really want to "have conversations" then you can start by not calling people who disagree "hateful." Nobody wants to prevent an adult from using cosmetic surgery, no matter how drastic, to look however they want. It's when people started targeting children that people like me drew a line. Leave the children alone. By the way, my business partner is gay and he agrees.
Chasten and Pete are easy to love. They are so calm, both brilliant and caring. Chasten is exemplary in managing their marriage, their family with twins and becoming a public figure at the national level. I wish them love, happiness and safety. 🇺🇸🏳️🌈🇺🇸🏳️⚧️🇺🇸💜💟☮️
Every freedom we give up or weaken sets the next freedom at risk. All humans are The Same…of Equal Value. We are 99.9% identical on a genetic level. Why is .1% important enough to spend one moment on. There are global issues that matter. Clean air. Clean water. Food, housing, safety……. Refocus on the things that help all of us around the globe achieve our best lives.
For centuries humans have been using the “other” as a scape goat to their problems . Demonizing is the easy way to not have to do the work of educating oneself and doing the work of understanding people different from themselves. Bottom line fear and ignorance are the fuel.
@SafetySpooon Sure, but one is male or female based on reproductive structures. If we could conclusively determine male vs. female factors in the brain (a source of significant debate), we would still need to develop identity terms for men with a female brain structure. The lone words female and woman refer to reproductive structures and are taken.
@@SafetySpooon Lots of kids get Gender Dysphoria. Most grow out of it and those few who do not are for the most part gay. Stuff like Gender Dysphoria that has to with gay people being not build for having sex with other gay people and them being outsiders in the hetero world..the need to fit in. Has little to do with being in the wrong body. It is about trying to adapt in a unhealthy way. Something which lots of gay do consciously without getting sick.
Few days ago there was the Cass review in the UK, which looked at the science and stats of the gender clinics. It states that most kids with Gender Dysphoria grow out of it. These are simply grow up pains. There are wrong diagnosises in these clinics also partly because in lots of these clinics they simply do not care. Also Stuff like puberty blockers is dangerous and not well researched. But i guess Nicolle Wallace is fine with lots of young childeren being experimented on dealing with the consequences for the rest of their lives.
Nicolle. Read Dr. Hilary Cass' report on Gender Identity Services for Children and Young People. Then look those young people in the face and talk about 'trans rights.' THINK before you speak.

The reason why this conversation is so difficult is that people believe that medicalizing effeminate boys is hate and that letting boys compete in girls sports is misogyny. Parents are stepping up! We don't agree. Stop telling people who believe that boys with body dysmorphia are still boys that they are hateful. Let's find common ground.
The reason it's difficult is because you & everyone like you is deliberately lying about what others are doing. Now whether this is because of your fear of impotence, or your religious bigotry,it doesn't matter. It is because you refuse to let go of unscientific hate that we absolutely refuse to "find common ground" with you. Neville Chamberlain was wrong then & he is still wrong now.
I do think it's inevitable Pete will become President in a few years. He's being very smart going on Fox all the time time. Chasten will get to the first dude. They are both already preparing.
I'm 61 years old now, I'm still waiting to actually see all this hatred towards gays and trans people. Are people like this guy, always looking for that strawman? The people I know and there are many, simply take you for what you are, while this guy is pedaling a book.
You must be in your own little bubble because how can you ignore the HATE FILLED BIGOTED legislation that Republicans are trying to pass. Republicans are the most extreme people on this planet always pushing their hatred and fear.
