As someone from the southern US, I just want to say that I approve of his liberal use of butter. That's how we do it down here, too! 😂

its always nice to learn about their culture too. They need to know that they aren't only being watched by Americans, they are being watched by all the world! I am from Chile, South America and i love their reactions to everything, cant stop gettin enough of them. I could only wish to have a cool uncle like Chaudhary! Also, the Bund Palaster looks a lot like something we call here "French toasts", thats cooked exactly the same way. Interesting !

In the USA, I cut a round hole in the bread and cook the egg inside it. My dad taught me to make this in the 1960’s and he always called it a one-eyed-sailor. It’s my favorite breakfast and my favorite weather is rain as well.

Who else checked the kitchen and had all of the ingredients and tried it? Just made it the same way as he did lol. Healthy late night snack!

As a frustrated home-trained chef I LOVE trying out international recipes, and I will definitely be trying ALL of the recipes out. First on my list is that whole chicken Sajji Chaudhary taught us about. Anyway... I really just wanted to say "thank you" for creating a nice safe haven away from all of the badness in the world. I know I personally get a lot of peace out of these lovely videos, for sure. 💖

Chandhary Raffique cooking show. I LOVE IT! I bet Chaundhary Raffique would like what we call, "French toast." We mix an egg with a small bit of milk. Dip slices of bread into it and fry them with butter. Often people have it with syrup, or fruit preserves.

As children, we got this in a local diner in NC; it was called "fried egg sandwich" (but cooked on the griddle).

These lovely people often talk about foods that are eaten during certain weather. Their connection to nature and the rhythm of life is inspiring. I suppose that rain gives them a break and allows them time to make something more hearty than usual for their daytime meal? I'm also enjoying the quirks of the language. "Meal" is a savory, "biscuit" is a sweet. "Chicken" seems to be any kind of meat, even "goat chicken" and you need to specify "hen chicken" for what we call chicken... love this channel.

I love watching him cook or even talk about his favorite foods. The look on his face and in his eyes says so much. I love how much butter he put on his sandwich. As a child, we ate this often on weekends...our name for it was 'egg fried toast', but the result was nearly identical...(the French add sugar, and have 'French Toast')...my wife is watching this with me, and now wants to make some for us! Blessings!

I am from Yorkshire in the North of England. My mother used to make this for us children befoe we went to school on cold mornings. She called it Eggy Bread. I can taste it by watching you cook it.

In the U.S. we call this a "fried egg sandwich" but we usually use bread instead of a roll. I cook the egg in a lot less butter though & toast bread & then spread a bit of butter on bread slices.

It's a Croque-Madame, basically, but the yolk is spread over the bread, rather than cooked upright to keep the yolk intact.

Maybe he cooked because it was easy (as men here usually don't cook) but honestly in rainy weather we make Pakoras or Halwas or Samosa. And if the rain is at the time of lunch we cook Aloo Paratha n in winter Saag Parathas. But these are the dishes mostly prepared by the women at home and take time so I understand if they prefer to cook a quick snack. Looks yummy

Fried egg sandwiches are a staple in our house. This version looks fantastic especially the amount of butter used and frying the bread roll as well. A little touch of chillii sauce would turn this into a dish fit for a king. Please can we have more of this type of video...
