Great tip , take a heat gun and worm the half tap before you inject the 2nd color abs u won’t have cold cracks and u gana have a better bold and less bleed

I love this. A lot of people treat bait making as a business, but for most of us it's a hobby when we're not out fishing. Stuff like this keeps it fun without making it a huge investment!

good video just a suggestion when you reheat plastic it is a good idea to add some heat stabilizer so you have a better chance of it not burning.

This was an interesting video I came across it in search of how to do laminates I'm just getting into bait making myself and I'm kind of like you I did not want to spend $170-180 bucks for dual injection the tin foil in my opinion gives the baits a more natural look they're not perfect nothing in nature is perfect I like how some of the colors fade together looks more natural I really like your Pearl and Royal purple combination and that bama bug killer that works everywhere. I will definitely be doing this tin foil method

Another quality video! I just bought a bigger mold in my injector barely has enough volume to fill it. This might be the ticket so that I don’t have to buy a bigger injector yet. I have read about this and appreciate seeing it. Kudos to you for showing mistakes, it definitely helps others to avoid them. We need to get you ice fishing!

Thanks for the tips , I got one for you if your baits are delaminating try putting them on a flat griddle while still in the mold , also helps with those weird spots on baits . Basically it remelts the bait , Donno if you was doing that already but I figured I'd be a smartazz and leave a post 😂

A bit of trimming and they look great. I was thinking about getting into bait making. You made this look easy and the purple cream green flake lures would work great for salt water fishing.

After watching your video last night. I tried the aluminum foil method today. I think I've come up with a way to overcome the issues you were having with the creature bait mold. Instead of injecting, hand pour each side with the mold ooen. Let them cool. Then close the mold and re heat with a heat gun.
