We poured a concrete floor in a radiant heated pole barn that was super insulated with spray foam. The pole barn was 40X64 and the floors walls and roof deck are spray foamed with 2" of closed cell spray foam. With close to 2500 feet of pex tubing sandwiched between the foam and the concrete this barn should heat real easy in our cold upstate New York winters. There will be no condensation issues in this barn being sprayed with closed cell insulation foam. I am not a fan of pouring concrete in the winter but this is a good customer of mine and they want to work in the barn all winter.
