Today we are making stake frites with beef halal.
Please note that the French call it bavette, which means "halami steak," and it is damn tasty.
This time, I prepped the part of the jalami called sagari from a chunk of meat, but you can make this recipe pretty quickly if you buy steak meat from the supermarket.
The sauce, made with red wine and onions, isn't a lot of work, and it goes perfectly with the steak, so it's an easy sauce you should definitely give it a try!
We also explained the art of cooking beef steaks with exquisite heat.
Serve with crispy fried potatoes.
Please try making this for a luxurious day at home!
