Chevy HHR 2006 to 2011 common problems, issues, defects and complaints 

A neighbor gave me a 2010 HHR and it's now got over 200k miles on and still runs and drives good. It has a few minor issues, but overall it's been a great car.

About went nuts trying to get my cruise control working. Spent 300 bucks replacing switches etc when the cause was only a third brake light bulb blown. No joke.

Thanks for your video, I still have my 2011 hhr. I’ve had a couple of these issues but over all a very good car.

most of the issues you mentioned are all on the recall list On My 2010 HHR i Have replaced struts rotors wheel bearing blower motor not due to failure but because When I buy a vehicle i replace all of it anyways

Fuel lines Speakers Flex tube The lower control arms and struts are just normal wear and tear items. I guess same can be said for the motor mount.

I have 190,000 miles on mine and I have only had three of these issues.

Ok...the only problems we had on our 2011 HHR 2.2 liter was the passenger side door handle we replaced because my brother pulled on it too strong...the other was a passenger side sluggish electric window..I fixed it by silicone spraying the weather stripping on the inside & outside of door

My chevy hrr 2011 was my 2nd Best kar I still have it till this day and I have never had no major problems. Only thing that happen was the door handle ripped off that’s it but it was a cheap easy fix.

Thanks for informing. About 5 of these i have experienced. But my high beam lights won’t go on. The sensor says they are on but are not. ?

I couldn't understand #7 description. What kind of solenoids??

You left out the lower control arms, and the windsheild washer pump.

idk what is wrong with mine.when stopped or slowed down it idles at 40 miles and wont go further rpm bounces to 2 alot and the motor sounds rough and shakey. anybody had that
