Chevy Malibu 2013- 2018 Headlight Change! Overtime your headlights can dim because of your bulbs or your headlight assembly becoming cloudy which can lead to visual impairment and possibly a vehicle accident.
Just want to say thank you for this video sir! I thought it would be more complicated only to discover Chevy made it so easy! I had to change out the low beam bulb which was actually an H11 bulb for my 2016 Chevy Malibu LT. Thank you again! Just a heads up, you guys never touch the light balls with your fingers. If you don’t believe me, you can Google it it’ll drastically decrease the lifetime of the bulb you’re supposed to use gloves.
Omg, I spent 30 mins in a Walmart parking lot one day trying to figure out how to change my bulb a few years back! That’s one thing I won’t miss about my old car. $150 just to change the lights absolutely ridiculous!
I know this video is a bit old but I was having trouble getting the headlight out. Do you turn it? Or pull because I was trying for like 40 mins. Any tool?
Working on that right now myself! Seems like the same method the air filter is just in the way other than that it’s easy as heck! Mine had some screws holding the bulb in
While putting the new bulb in can i touch it ... Or should i use gloves so o dont get oils on it and burn it out prematurely. Ive seen other videos that says to do this. Bit your seems alot easier. Plus all the other videos shows it being dkne on the passenger side. Which i didnt need.

Please, I would like to change/replace the Headlight of my car (Malibu 2013 - 6 Cylindres) I watched almost all of your VDUs, but unfortunately, they were all not showing for my Cra Headlight Changing.
Mahmood Shamsi You do not have to drop the bumper to change your headlight. It’s the same system as the one shown here in the video. There should be a dust cap, then the bulbs that you’ll twist out of the socket and pull out of the housing. It’s really simple. I replaced both my headlights on my 2014 Malibu within 5 mins.
