Chicken Chow Mein is one among the favorite Chinese dishes for many. May it be kids or adults everyone loves to have Chow Mein.
Chow Mein is a traditional Chinese dish which is made with egg noodles and stir fried veggies with Chinese sauces, and to make it a Chicken Chow Mein which adds protein to the dish you just need to add some Chicken breast cut into thin strips.
Here in this recipe I have added cooked chicken breast ( chicken breast , pinch of turmeric, salt n 1tsp of ginger garlic paste ) as said above you can always add the chicken directly to the recipe and cook them all along with the veggies.
