By Europe I mean the entire Europe, not just actual North Europe that consists of Europeans and the French. Bureau of Indian Affairs should manage also the Kurd reservations in Central and Bysantine Europe, also known as the Indo-Aryan Europe. So all the way up to Bhutan where Asia begins.
