■ Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
・Chinese cabbage: 1/4 head ・Vermicelli: 40g
・Minced pork: 250g
・Naganegi: 30g
・a.Salt: 1/4 teaspoon ・a.Ginger (grated): 1 teaspoon ・a.Potato starch: 3 tablespoons ・a.Sake: 1 tablespoon Sauce: 1 tablespoon Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon Water: 800cc
■Preparation ・Chop the green onion into small pieces.
・Chop the Chinese cabbage into chunks.
・Boil the vermicelli in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes, then drain in a colander.
■How to make
1. Put minced pork, seasoning (a), and green onion in a bowl and knead well until sticky.
2. Divide into 10 equal parts and roll.
3. Put the soup ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat. When it boils, add the core of the Chinese cabbage, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
4. Open the lid, add the meatballs, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
5. Add the Chinese cabbage leaves and vermicelli, cover with a lid, and heat for about 3 minutes until cooked through.
■Tips/Points ・Adjust the amount of soup according to the size of your pot.
