Loc Empress I wouldn't rely on Kristina for that one. She has made one or two raw vegan on a budget videos, and they were so unrealistic. Kristina lives with extreme privilege and doesn't understand what living on a budget is like.
Understands or not, she doesn't have to do what all the people want her to. Maybe her videos are directed to those who like experimenting and can afford it. But she has a lot of recipes that are cheap too.
Ned Raw Ahahahha oh man, this is how you see that? Wow, I recommend reading my comment one more time because you totally didn't understand what I meant. But if you feel like eating worms... Go ahead, your choice.
Aga in America What's wrong with encouraging, or even expecting, her to make some videos that help people living on a tighter budget than her? Plenty of her viewers are not wealthy. It would be helpful for some viewers to see that it's possible to eat this way cheaply and still get creative with the recipes.
These Chocolate Fudge Protein Bars look delicious! I purchased Date Lady Organic Pure Date Syrup as I have never tried dates before. I’m looking forward to making some of these protein bars! Thank you for sharing
I am about ready to try your protein bars how amazing they look delicious thank you Christina for all your recipes I enjoy so many of them and congratulations to you and your mom you are doing a great job thanks again
i did something similar (in protein balls) using rice (malt) syrup and vanilla essence, haven't thought about using coconut nectar or the mulberries or the cinnamon. this might be another sweet choice. to try
Good video! Wish one day we can buy food like that from the supermarket. I like it how surprised they get after they give it a taste, as if they never tried it before and trying to guess the ingredients!
I made this recipe twice already (without the protein powder). What a great alternative to a brownie or snack bar. Your mom's reaction after tasting the bar sold me! haha!
I just tried to make it again but my food processor broke :(...BUT...it resulted in cocoa power-coated mulberries! :) I mixed it with oats and raisins and made a delicious cereal!
Hello Kristina. I could have sworn sun warrior products use rice in there protein powders. Wouldn’t that make them non raw vegan? Please correct me if I’m wrong. I’d love to eat a raw vegan protein powder daily.
I'm really loving the videos with your mom!! Hopefully she'll be able to be in more of your videos after challenge 😄 Also fab that your incorporating the raw protein powders 👍🏽👌
Love these videos so muchxoxoxo. Great team work! I cannot even to begin Sandra's age...she seems so fun and young and full of beauty XoXoXoX thumbs up for Mom :)
This look amazing can’t wait to try them 😋 please make more sweet treats like this one what about cookies? Thanks for all you do can’t wait to be fully raw
Nice recipe. I just did a protein bar review on my channel. One of my main points harped on was the sugar levels. What do you think the sugar dosage is in your recipe viewed here?
Hi, bars look good, can these be dehydrated for backpacking or emergency food storage, if so, then what would be the temp/time/lenghth of time they'd keep for emergencies? Thanks.
Wow ! Love sun warrior and love you and your mom 💜💚 my kids are going to eat these up 💥💥 thanks as always Kristina 😉 keep spreading those heathy and happy vegan vibes 😘
I want to make these this weekend for my kids but we dont like coconut. Im going to use agave instead of coconut nectar but What is a replacement for coconut water?
I'm going to try these. I'll modify the recipe to my liking so I won't be using any processed protein powders. You can make your own protein powder using properly detoxed nuts (such as walnuts - not brazil nuts; brazil nuts are extremely high in selenium and selenium is poisonous in large doses). After you detox your walnuts, you dry them (either in the sun or in a slightly warmed oven or dehydrator). When they are fully dry, grind them by hand or in a food processor. Makes yummy protein powder. You can do the same thing with detoxed (soaked), sprouted beans and make your protein powder that way. I don't use commercial protein powders because you never know what else is in them.
Looks AWESOME...but can you come up with a SAVORY energy bar...chocolate melts in a hot car, and being born Italian, I crave sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and capers...what can you come up with?
Jahnes love Kristina and Sandra. That looks soo delicious and I am sure that they are better than the LifeBars and the Rawbars that I eat all of the times. I wish that you would make them for sale.Blessed love.
I have a HUGE essential oil giveaway happening on my IG right now! Follow my instagram and watch my stories to enter the giveaway! :) instagram.com/fullyrawkristina
Kristina, what brand is your food processor? I'm worried about that previous recall on S blades in the Cuisinart, yours looks like a different brand. Anyone recognize this?
I have all the ingredients, and it looks delicious, however, it's on the sweet side. Is there a way to make it a little less sweet? Like maybe less dates, forego the raw coconut nectar?? No way am I getting rid of the chocolate sauce, lol!
My chocolate sauce is much more watery. Would it be possible to add in either avocado or soaked cashews to thicken it a bit? I am going to take this (minus the sauce) out on one of my long rides as my treat - I mean fuel (I really mean treat!
