I have learnt to make very much same chocolate walnut fudge , like Lonavala after approx 3 to 4 years of experiments ,that is due to one big shop owner said that he adds eggs in it ,we are purely vegetarian so to have the same taste I started trying to make and after making it for more than 20 time I came to its perfection and it proves that the one who said about fudge contain eggs is false . But the recipe for making the same Cooper's fudge is very much different. I have started selling it . This recipe is like chana mamra for me. Sorry to say but Sanjeev sir your luck is very much stronger than your talent .

I THINK you can replace mawa/khoya with thickened milk powder. Or you can use yogurt.

Thank you for the recipe. We miss the Coppers fudge at lonavala. My daughter never ate any other fudge than the Coppers. Simply Awesome. Can we make it without mawa. I don't think you need to add mava.
