At first I wasn't a huge fan of Chop & Brew, probably because i was quite used to the old BTV style. But as I watched more episodes i'm really starting to enjoy the content.

Travis Boulter I appreciate the comment. Believe me, I miss the old days of BTV both for the production style and the bro-time with JK and MD as well. I know Chop & Brew will continue to improve over the years and we'll see those dudes again pretty soon.

Great episode, man. As a homebrewer, this is what it's all about. Brewers getting together to futher our common love....cutting edge beer. Here down in Omaha, Nebraska, Upstream brewery is so homebrew-friendly, you can't help but support them. Keep us in mind for the next one. The Brauer Unterstütsen Verein (BUV) and I would love the opportunity to come up and brew with Summit and you.

Awesome way to spend the day. I'd really like to see the Chop & Brew guys do like a big 10 gallon base mash then split it up and each guy choose they're own hops and yeast you a taste comparison.

Wow great video. Looks like a great event, wish we had events like that here. Was really cool to see someone cloning Todd the Axeman. I was there on the original brewday here at Amager in Denmark. Really cool to see that it has gotten so popular over there too.

Great video chip. awesome to see all those home brewer's out there doing there thing. our HB club and the LHBS had a big brew day. we only had 4 brewer's there but it was still a fun day. I think I will brew there next year.

Good editing. This 23 min video is actually watchable the whole way through, unlike that other recent vid we were discussing that I could barely make it to 8 min. This was a fun event and if it happens again it might get even bigger. :)

Some great names for beers there. Loved the Amish varietals. Makes me want to finally take the time to brew a Donald Trump inspired "Immigration Reform IPA"! BTW, anyone know if the the bald guy is still alive?
