@@dagnut found the conspiracy nut, why bash him? He is most likely just an accomplished driver, and has drifted the car far more often than Chris. He also went anticlockwise so he could have the window open, the fresh air would help. Plus he might not suffer from motion sickness like Chris did. He also seemed to have a better one handed technique, so less effort. Let's just ingore all that and say he cheated, rather than admit he's better than Chris.

@@fallinginthed33p OMG...I was also quite curious why is he suggesting that and went so deep into the rabbit hole so that I actually found a neuroscience study and paper that confirms my guess that it is easier to go counter-clockwise because you have to watch the road coming towards you from left to right just as we are used to read and write - our brains are simply wired that way from childhood onwards! This might also cause (at least partially) the sensible sickness/nausea that Chris experienced after two sets of 10-15 laps ;) The even more interesting part is that for Arabic or Hebrew people the static images show strong bias towards right to left (clockwise) orientation, but they tend to not be so sensitive about dynamic objects/moving pictures (as well as real live situations like the drifting I guess)...so in the end - Dennis is TOTALLY right no matter the Mother Language and direction of reading/writing!!!
