Thank you for this wonderful video on water. Water is spiritual for me...as everything with life...has water.. Taking care to ingest clean and safe water.. Aware of the foods and such that provide another source of purified water. Being a person who has adjusted to living with chronic discomfort, Water helps me be the best version of me possible… Often picturing tense uncomfortable places in my body As stagnant water, work to expand and release the old water so new water can come in… Work a lot with imagery. Picturing my tendons as long and juicy with water… While doing qigong or tai chi, I picture my cytoplasm as a smooth thick water substance...something like honey… seeing myself as a skin bag filled with condensed water in the form of cytoplasm.. Moving slow as honey would move.. Learned this from an evidence based book, released by Harvard Medical School, on the benefits of tai chi and qigong… You are doing great, thanks again!
Another water tip... your spit... (the water of life... ) tells you how your system is doing ... when I am in the parasympathetic realm..I generate more saliva .... as we are designed to relax and feel safe when we get ready to eat...then our bodies get ready by making more saliva... how does your saliva taste....? sweet and juicy..? this is good... Dry thick salty saliva ...your body is trying to tell you to drink more and maybe detox... Just throwing that out there for your contemplation and if you can add to this path of better understanding our bodies...
