Can I get the water pump replaced if my gaskets are bad?? I put the k sealer in in a couple because the water pump is leaking bad, but now the water pumps making a little noise..

I have a 2012 Chrysler 300c hemi water pump is leaking antifreeze I’m wondering if I can just change the seal or should I change the whole water pump?
