I know it's been so long but whenever I watch Clana clips, I always say "please just tell her clark! You told pete, chloe knows so why not Lana of all people!" Breaks my heart every time!

FROM reckoning is to protect her,but before that and clark admitted that himself,he was just afraid to be rejected. So yes,the real reasons lana gets hurt by clark and after him by lex,is because clark was too selfish and coward to tell lana his secret from the beginning.
@@ViNcYeLiAsRoCk he was not a coward. At first he didn't tell her the truth because he thought that she would hate him (her parents died after meteor shower), then she could die (after "Reckoning). So he had good reasons not to tell her his secret.
I never understood how it was possible that Lana never suspected anythi and suddenly she discovered in a few days that somebody arrived to the earth years ago.
Looking back at this season, I don't get how Lana and Lex didn't find out for good. If she could figure out a ship landed during the first meteor shower, Lex should have been able to and it would have made him suspect Clark even more.
I don’t blame Clark for not telling Lana. Remember Lana never let go of the idea that her parents died in it, was attacked by how many meteor freaks, Greg, Tina, Ian, etc. Now she’s wanting to study them? Lana make up your damn mind. You’re always getting after Clark for keeping things from you, blah blah blah 😒 and told Adam in season 3 that Clark doesn’t know what he wants and I resent him for keeping things from me but look in the mirror girl. You’re not exactly Miss innocent. That orphan Annie poor me damn self in distress thing was old after season 1. Meteor shower was horrible. Sorry you lost your parents, then Whitney, then your aunt, etc. But give it a damn rest. Lex lost his hair in the meteor ☄️ shower and didn’t have a great upbringing and he’s not whining. Chloe’s mom was in a mental institution and she’s not feeling sorry for herself. Geez 🙄 Lois’s mom died tragically her sister she had issues with. She moved around a lot with her dad because he was a general. He was more of a drill sergeant than he was her dad and she’s not whining. Lana stop whining! I love you. You’re lovely. You and Clark love each other so much but take some responsibility for your mistakes. When he was sick in 2x16 “Fever,” you didn’t visit him. When he lost his sight and wanted to get close to you you pulled away. Gosh almighty I can’t keep up. I did love their moments though lol 😂 Clark had so many opportunities to tell her 1-3 but never did. I guess he was always afraid she’d look at him like a freak. When he finally did tell her in 5x12 she died.
@@parkerboy795 Lana goes from not wanting to discuss them to all of a sudden wanting to learn about them. She flounders so much from season to season its hard for me to keep up with her. :) In 3x3 "Extinction" she told Clark "it would have been better if the meteor shower hadn't have happened." She seemed pretty darn set on that. Just sayin.
