@@iloveu172she thinks that the symbols are about her as in shown in 4x15 on the plane. The only thing she knows about clark when it comes to the symbols, is that he loves the caves and knows a lot about them. When it comes to Lana suspecting clark of his secret, it’s mostly suspecting him of being a meteor freak, as far as Lana knows clark has no connection to the kryptonian symbols. Even in season 5, when Lana was looking into all that alien stuff, she never really suspected Clark of being apart of it, she never suspected Clark of being Kal-el. The closest she’s ever come to even suspecting Clark of having anything to do with krypton, was in 6x02 when she asked Clark how she knew lex was gonna come back a monster. As far as the show has shown, Lana only suspected clark of being meteor infected, this is shown in season 6, particularly 6x15 the one with the blind guy who can identify meteor freaks, she says to the guy “I know clark’s infected” If she did know he was kryptonian and was connected to krypton in anyway it would’ve been 6x16 when she sees him use the same powers she’s seen the kryptonians use, but I don’t think she knew because then she would’ve known the weakness that Lionel was threatening Clark with. The point I’m trying to make is that by this point in the show (season 4) she couldn’t have thought that her and Clarks destiny’s were intertwined. The reason why I made the parent comment was to point out that the stones and the kryptonians symbols weren’t about her as she thinks for the most part of season 4
